Abstract

A male 34th patient in Sempaja Health Care was diagnosed with TB-HIV. The patient came into primary health care services to take the ARV cocktail treatment. He started the medication on 2nd January 2023, he also got OAT treatment at Dirgahayu hospital.  After 4 days of consumption, the patient felt that he heard a whisper noise. This symptom is for two weeks and becomes progressively aggravated.

Abstrak

Laki-laki 34 tahun didiagnosis dengan TB HIV di Puskesmas Sempaja. Pasien datang untuk mengambil Obat ARV (Anti Retro Virus). Pasien memulai konsumsi ARV sejak 2 Januari 2023, pasien juga mendapatkan pengobatan OAT (Obat Anti Tuberkulosis) dari Rumah Sakit Dirgahayu. Namun setelah mengkonsumsi obat pasien merasakan suara-suara bisikan, gejala ini berlangsung selama dua minggu dan semakin bertambah parah.
